EXHIBITOR SERVICE HOURS

The Kent County Youth Fair relies heavily on volunteer service. We also think it’s important to teach our exhibitors the importance of hard work and responsibility.

Our exhibitors are required to perform community service hours prior to, during, and/or within the two weeks after the Fair.

STILL EXHIBIT BUILDING SECURITY

Every exhibitor and club that enters projects into Still Exhibits is required to serve on security duty in the Still Exhibit Barn to ensure that the projects are kept safe from theft and vandalism. They also help to answer the questions of our visitors.

 LITTLE RED BARN

With cost-effective food choices, the Little Red Barn is a popular spot to grab a drink or a snack. All proceeds go straight back to the Fair. We need adults to supervise our club members as they work the store.

SHUTTLE DRIVING

With thousands of visitors, we run our shuttles everyday throughout the week. 2-hour shifts are available to help move our visitors to and from the parking area. Please sign up if you are 18 or over and have a valid driver’s license.

COURTESY CART RIDES

We run courtesy carts all week from the parking lot to assist those who need an extra hand. Volunteers 18 years and older, in this capacity, will respond to calls for courtesy cart rides from Guest Services by driving the golf cart and checking out a radio from the office. Volunteers will also monitor the parking lot to ensure everyone’s safety.

Table Wiping Sign Up

In order to help keep our Fair clean, we need your help. Wiping down the tables after fair visitors to keep the tables clean and sanitary is imperative.
